Yo St. John’s,

After being known as the most famous person to get away with murder for more than a decade, OJ got sentenced to 15 years in prison today for an armed robbery incident in Las Vegas last year. He must serve at least nine years, and his sentencing today will definately stir up controversy in the public square.
Watch his sentencing here:
Given Michael Vick is already in jail, and according to Mayor Bloomberg, Plaxico is headed there for sure, the NFL may produce the most inmates of any sport in the world.
Hopefully web-cam suicides don’t become the new form of school shootings.
What’s Going on, St. John’s,
First off, Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope wherever you are today, you are enjoying the turkey and pies you’ll be eating today.
Well, I am blogging today from my aunts house on the East Side of Manchester, NH. I figured, since we will all have a different experience today with our families, that today I would keep a running blog of every awkward, stuffing, and alcohol induced moment around the household. That way, you can see how we do it over on the canadian side of the spectrum. So, come along with me on this journey to turkey heaven…
(For the record, if my words get slurred towards the end of this, blame it on the turkey, not the drinks)
It has been a while since I have been at the blog (hope you missed me). Since I’ve been away, I have left the hectic life in the big city and my small dorm room and have now settled in a much larger bedroom within the little city of Manchester, NH. Since its been a while, I figured I would give you a little insight of what it is like to be back home in Manch-Vegas and show you all how life is in New England. (more…)

Modern Day Pirates in Somalia
Pirates have been cruising and hijacking huge tankers off the coast of Somalia in record numbers this months; the count is up to nine! But these pirates aren’t armed with wooden pistols, crooked smiles or trusty parrots perched upon their shoulders; these pirates are poor Somalian men equipped with insane modern weaponry, speedboats, and satellite phones.
Among the hijacked tankers one is completely surrounded by the U.S. Military mainly because it just happens to carry enough tanks, and artillery to run a small military, and the other, which was on trek to the US from Saudi Arabia, just so happens to carry $ 100 million worth of crude oil
Check out this pretty tricked out illustration brought to you by our friends over at the ultra hip New York Post.
