Tonight NYC will hold the world’s largest short-film festival at the World Financial Center Plaza in Battery Park City. Tropfest will go on rain or shine and is free to the public. Thousands attend the concert-like venue every year which begins at 5 p.m. today.
But if the rain kills your outdoor plans, there’s supposed to be a presidential debate on CNN at 9 p.m. that should be interesting. And Chris Rock is coming out with a new HBO comedy special this Saturday called Kill the Messenger.
